- We do not assume any liability for your use of our services.
- We have the absolute authority to determine if our Terms of Service have been violated.
- A serious violation of our Terms of Service will result in the suspension or termination of your account without notice and, if necessary, notification of the appropriate authorities.
- If your account is suspended or terminated we are not responsible for any consequences which might result.
- You cannot use your account for illegal purposes.
- You cannot use your account to impede internet use by others.
- We have a zero tolerance policy for spam. You must be able to show that everyone on a mailing list you administer explicitly choose to be a list member and provide a functional and readily accessible opt-out procedure for list members.
- There are many factors associated with the internet which are beyond our control. We cannot, therefore, guarantee that your use of our service will be without interruption.
- You cannot host software or provide services listed on our Banned Software page.
- You will make sure all security patches to software on your site are applied when they are released.
- We can monitor your site to ensure these terms are met.
